The court continues to hire new employees and yet cry economic foul

It is jaw-droppingly amazing to me that the court has the audacity to continue hiring new employees as Legal Process Clerk II/III’s and yet maintains that they are still losing money and operating in the red…

If this is at all true, and I don’t believe for a minute that it is, the court does, in fact, have a financial problem. Only it’s due to financial mis-management, and not the economic downturn. They continue to hire new people, enter into agreements to purchase land for new court facilities, and still insist that furloughs and health insurance caps are needed.
I’m tired of management blowing smoke up my backside. It’s time to fight back, make our voices heard, and strike if necessary.
