If this is at all true, and I don’t believe for a minute that it is, the court does, in fact, have a financial problem. Only it’s due to financial mis-management, and not the economic downturn. They continue to hire new people, enter into agreements to purchase land for new court facilities, and still insist that furloughs and health insurance caps are needed.
I’m tired of management blowing smoke up my backside. It’s time to fight back, make our voices heard, and strike if necessary.
