Santa Clara Court Bargaining team members and steward Betty Chopoff deliver cards on Feb. 2nd that members used to express how the cuts will personally affect them and their families to Presiding Judge Loftus.
Unfortunately, the presiding judge was not in his chambers but they left it for him on his chair.
