It could be tough to get a marriage license or visit a public health clinic in Fresno today. The Service Employees International Union has called a three-day walkout protesting a recent decision by the county to cut union workers’ pay by at least 9 percent. As many as 4,000 county workers could go on strike. Reporter: Sasha Khokha
