“Proposition 32 is yet another attempt to throttle the unions – the third since 1996 – this time including both those in the private and those in the public sector. But unlike its predecessors, both defeated at the polls, Prop. 32 comes wrapped in a shiny goo-goo package that pretends to restrict corporate and labor political influence equally. It is NOT what it seems.”
