It’s because the county believes that we’re divided in Unit 4.

THEY ARE WRONG! AND WE WILL SHOW THEM!

The county can take a “wait and see” approach with us at the table because they believe we are divided amongst ourselves. They know it will be easier to impose more short-sighted takeaways to wages and benefits to ALL employees if we aren’t working together. —Darlyn Qualls, Job Specialist III

Together, we’re fighting takeaways and making real progress at the bargaining table.

It’s been a long road, but we’re making progress. Despite the county’s effort to impose more on us, we’re fighting back each takeaway. Together, we can protect ourselves and win. Divided, we stand to lose everything. —Raquel Vidal, Job Specialist III

Voting for SEIU Local 521 will show management we are standing strong together and secure our contract faster.

We can’t let this minor problem divert our focus from what’s really important: winning a strong contract. Voting for SEIU Local 521 shows the county our strength and unity. —Michael Vasquez, Job Specialist III

We stand to lose too much. Don’t let this election stand in the way of a strong contract and a better future for all Fresno County employees.
