Earlier this year, workers at Clinica de Salud del Valle organized to join SEIU 521. Now they’re bargaining their first contract, while enduring retaliation for their union involvement.
So far management has unjustly targeted and fired six workers, including two bargaining team members.
Members are standing up for workers’ rights and getting support from our elected leaders and the Monterey Bay Central Labor Council.
Stand with Clinica workers on Thursday, Nov. 1 as we say NO to retaliation and get out the vote in Monterey County!
