“I have a dream” march

Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the March on Washington

Be a part of this country’s history as we march for Jobs and Freedom!

On Saturday, August 24, 2013, activists across the country will be raising their voices in unison to commemorate the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom and our ongoing struggle. We will stand against the recent attack on voters’ rights, against Stand Your Ground and racial profiling, and continue to raise awareness about unemployment, poverty, gun violence, immigrant justice, LGBT rights and other critical issues affecting our nation.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
