ATTN: Members who are in CalPERS
Vote in the CalPERS Board Election to Protect Our Retirement Security!
Retirement security is one of the most important issues that working people face. Our retirement security has been under attack.
SEIU has endorsed two candidates: JJ Jelincic in Seat A and Michael Bilbrey in Seat B.
It’s important to cast your vote for strong board members that will stand up for working people like us – and not side with corporate greed. The CalPERS retirement program is one of the best in the country, thanks in part to the strong leadership that we’ve worked so hard to elect.
JJ Jelincic is an experienced CalPERS Board member and has served two terms as President of the California State Employees Association and is dedicated to fighting back against the attacks on our retirement security.
Michael Bilbrey is also a CalPERS Board member and serves as President of the California School Employees Association. Bilbrey is a committed defender of defined benefits pensions.
