Video: Why we fast for families

Our former Secretary-Treasurer Eliseo Medina and other faith, civil rights, immigrant and labor leaders began a fast on Nov. 12, 2013. They’re fasting (and only consuming water) as a personal commitment, and as a way to reach the hearts of members of Congress and push them to pass immigration reform.
