As union brothers and sisters in the City and County of Santa Cruz, SEIU Local 521 offers our sincerest condolences and sympathy to the families and friends of two fallen City of Santa Cruz police officers.
Detective Sgt. Loran “Butch” Baker and Detective Elizabeth Butler were killed in the line of duty on Feb. 26.
