SEIU members are playing a critical role to ensure the successful implementation of health care reform. We worked hard to lobby Congress to pass the Affordable Care Act. We are honored to be part of the effort to provide health insurance to all Americans.

SEIU Local 521 won a $1 million dollar grant to conduct outreach and to educate over 150,000 California residents about Covered California, the online health exchange where consumers can shop for affordable, quality health coverage.
