Q: How many lawyers does it take to defend a public agency?

A: At least four. That’s how many lawyers Child Care Council of Santa Clara County (4Cs) has gone through during our fight for a first contract that will bring fairness and accountability at the agency. Check out the recent exposé in San Jose’s Metro newspaper about massive fraud and chronic mismanagement at the agency.
