ArmandoMercadoArmando sought out the help of SEIU Local 521 Contract Enforcement Department (CED) who filed an appeal to the Fresno County Civil Service Commission on his behalf.

The Fresno County Civil Service Commission ruled in favor of Armando in a 4-0 vote to dismiss the disciplinary action against him and reverse the three-day suspension.
