Did You Know? The County wants to take money out of your check! SEIU Local 521 believes the County cannot legally impose the suspension of the Step Increases due to the fact that these were negotiated in the MOU.Increases to your retirement costs is illegal. SEIU Local 521 will pursue legal action if necessary to protect its members rights!
In the event the proposals are taken back to the Board for consideration, be prepared to take some action with the rest of the members who are fighting to keep what we have.
