Ballot measure sought to fund Tulare County health programs

IITC-sm March 10 - Tulare County supervisors Tuesday were asked to launch a ballot initiative that would redirect millions of tobacco-settlement dollars to public-health programs.

"It is time you invested in the people of Tulare County," said Tulare resident Michelle Taylor.
