If you are ever called into an interview meeting with your supervisor or manager so they can investigate a situation which might result in discipline, you have specific
representational rights.
You also have specific rights if your union negociated a contract for your chapter. Your contract will spell out the terms of the
grievance procedure your union has negotiated. Contact your
