Contract Ratification Vote Passes!
Members Approve New Contract Re-Opener!
On September 29th members voted 84% in favor of extending our contract for two years.
Article 11—Benefits
HACCF will absorb any increased costs to the medical premiums that occur through the end of the MOU period (October 31, 2013). In the event a plan is discontinued, the employee will not bear any increase in their portion of his/her medical premium.
Article 11.8—Section 457 Deferred Compensation Program Employer Match
HACCF will match employee contribution dollar for dollar up to $800 per year through the end of the MOU period (October 31, 2013). This adds $200 to your employer’s match.
