The Tulare County chapter had its day at PERB on 5/16/2012. Greg Gomez, the Chapter’s president testified as the union’s key witness. As a member of consecutive bargaining teams Greg represented to the PERB officer exactly how the County has failed to live up to its obligations. Click here for more information.

BOS breaks its promise; workers vow: “We’ll be back!”
It turns out you can’t trust the promise of the Tulare County Board of Supervisors.
Two years ago, they promised wage cuts to the lowest-paid workers would only last two years. On July 26, they decided it wasn’t enough, and they imposed a one-sided proposal on us. We’re still fighting for what we were promised.
