Three Rivers Leadership Summit
Tulare leadershipWe’re ready to start even more workplace conversations about the need for a strong union in the Central Valley after leaders met and trained for member-to-member outreach this weekend. Our Spring Surge is developing leadership and getting new tools in the hands of members so we can build a union that can stand up to any challenge, whether it comes from the Supreme Court or a single bad boss.

The hands-on training this weekend taught members how to have heartfelt conversations that move away from ideology and back to the real reasons we need our union. We are going to try to educate, agitate and inspire every worker so that all of us have a better future and we have a stronger presence in the workplace and in the community.
