“Natividad Medical Center is our community’s safety net hospital, and we take great pride in the care we provide to our community. So when the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued a report this year that highlighted areas of needed improvement, workers paid attention.”
“Like any other hospital, we understand there is always room to improve. At Natividad, workers have a special obligation to make our hospital successful, because of who we are and whom we serve.”
“Change doesn’t happen by itself. People must take action — and keep at it — to ensure that positive changes, once begun, are carried through. NMC workers are proud of the part we play in meeting the health care needs of our community, and we are committed to achieving the high standards that health care reform requires.”
