After 12 months of high-stakes negotiations, our collective actions and pressure on the Board of Supervisors, we’re pleased to announce we have reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) on a successor contract for Stanislaus County workers focused on security.

This is a strong contract because we didn’t just win a wage bump — we won real economics, which means one thing: real money in your pocket. This Tentative Agreement delivers 11.04% in total economic improvements, including wage increases and improvements to holidays and paid time off.

These gains are the direct result of workers staying engaged and standing together throughout the bargaining process.

For more information about the Tentative Agreement and what it means for you, we encourage you to connect with us; for your convenience, we will be holding worksite tablings and a general membership meeting where you can review the TA, ask questions, and get full details before the vote
