Vote on Tentative Agreement on 3/16 and 3/17
Your union leadership is pleased to announce that we reached a Tentative Agreement with the City of Palo Alto. We accepted this offer and will continue to work towards a fair contract in the coming months. But our Tentative Agreement won’t be final until you VOTE! Your City of Palo Alto Union Leadership is recommending a YES vote.
A Special Membership Meeting will be held in person at Cubberly Theatre, 4120 Middlefield Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94306 from 3pm-4pm on Wed., March 16, 2022. Your union leadership will be there to answer any questions you may have.
In-person voting will be open from 3pm-5pm on Wed., March 16, 2022, during the Special Membership Meeting.
Online voting will occur via ElectionBuddy from 12pm-5 p.m. on Thurs., March 17, 2022.

Highlights of the Tentative Agreement
4% pay raise: Effective the pay period including the adoption of this Letter of Agreement by the City Council (anticipated Council meeting March 14, 2022, PP07) and ratification by the Union, a four percent (4%) cost of living increase will be applied to the salary ranges for all represented classes.
Current union contract extended to December 31, 2022: All other terms of the existing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) shall continue in effect through December 31, 2022.
