We wanted to share with you a Side Letter that the City of Hanford has provided for a membership vote to approve or reject the proposal.

Start: Thursday, October 17th at 8:00 am 

NEW EXTENDED: Monday, October 21 at 5:00 pm. 

METHOD OF VOTING

The ratification vote will be held online via a third-party vendor, ElectionBuddy. An electronic format that sends you a custom ballot to both your phone via text, if we have your number and permission to text you, and to your personal email.
