State Proposition 13 – YES**

  • Proposition 13 would authorize $15 billion bonds for facility repair, construction and modernization at public preschools, K-12 schools, community colleges, and universities.
  • Proposition 13 would include $9 billion for preschool and K-12 schools and $6 billion for California’s public higher education system. The funds would be split evenly among the 114 community colleges, the 23-campus California State University and the 10 campuses of the University of California.
