BREAKING: Tentative Agreement Reached!

It is not easy, especially when working or bargaining amid a pandemic where in-person meetings are not possible, but we have breaking news: we have reached a Tentative Agreement on our contract with Central California Legal Services!  Your bargaining team fought off takeaways that could have hurt workers’ rights to grieve plus many more victories that we are proud to present to you.

Member ratification on the Tentative Agreement will take place on Thursday, October 29th from 11:00 AM and conclude by 2:00 PM. Our bargaining team, made up of fellow CCLS co-workers, is recommending a YES vote to accept the Tentative Agreement. Pending the results of our membership vote, the tentative agreement will then be voted on by the CCLS Board of Directors for approval.

How To Vote
