Negotiation Updates and Proposals

We want to share an important update regarding our ongoing contract negotiations. However, we believe this proposal falls short of recognizing the hard work and commitment we all contribute to the City of Hanford.

In response, we have presented a comprehensive proposal focusing on securing livable wages, enhancing workplace rights, and improving benefits for all members.

Here are the highlights and management’s reactions to our proposals. Learn our plan to win in our next meeting online via Zoom on Wednesday, July 30th at 6:30pm with this link https://seiu521-org.zoom.us/j/98058047957?from=addon#success
